Emily Hunt’s story is a David versus Goliath tale: she took on the system, and much to her own suprise, she won.

In 2015, she was the victim of a horrible crime, and was let down by the criminal justice system. After a career leading teams for some of the foremost communications agencies in the world, she wasn’t used to be being let down and, even more so, she wasn’t used to accepting failure. She set out to change the world, and along the way, learned that having a purpose changes everything and makes the impossible possible.

Now an Independent Advisor to the British Government, she regularly meets with Ministers and is consulted on policy decisions across the criminal justice system.
